Training & Staff Development

Many states and all accreditation agencies require annual faculty and staff development activities be carried out by independent third-party organizations. Cole Middleton provides training across all levels of the institution with training programs delivered in-house to your staff, or available on-line through the Cole Middleton Learning Portal. We provide the required 8-hour training for faculty, admission officers, registrars, placement directors and campus directors. We also have courses for faculty to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
