Joseph Angley, BA, MS, Ph.D.

Dr. Angley is a former school owner and education executive with experience growing and managing schools and colleges. He has started schools, managed multi campus operations, and performed licensing and accreditation. He is also a professor with recent experience in equity based education, active learning techniques, and developing robust online learning solutions. Dr. Angley utilizes his own teaching praxis to assist schools in improving teaching, learning and administration.

Tom angley

Tom Angley is a senior corporate banker with 15 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising. Over his career, Mr. Angley has financed over $1.5 billion in mergers and acquisitions across various industries, including the higher education space. Together with the Cole Middleton team, Mr. Angley opens doors to top-tier, traditional lenders and non-traditional lenders - such as hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital funds - and provides step by step guidance to private for-profit school owners through the complexities of acquiring, selling, or raising growth capital for schools.

Donald Gibson, BSBA

Mr. Gibson has more than a decade of experience in higher education administration, with particular expertise in administering Veteran's Administration contracts and VA funding. Mr. Gibson is a retired U.S. Marine. 

Ann Bouchard, BS, MBA, EdS

Mrs. Bouchard is experienced secondary and post secondary educator, and former school owner. Mrs. Bouchard is an expert in accreditation and has worked supporting schools with ACICS, ACCSC, COE, ABHES and Apple accreditation. She was the FAPSC "Educator of the Year" and currently focuses on primary and secondary charter schools where she works on Exceptional Student Education projects. 

Donel Richemond, DBA, MSN, BSN, MBA, BBA, BSN

Dr. Richemond is the founder and president of Trinity Global Institute, where he is committed to training highly skilled nurses for today’s healthcare challenges. With prior roles as Vice President of Operations at JC Medical Center and professor at multiple institutions, he brings deep expertise in healthcare leadership and education. He also founded Nurses Magazine and Glory Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, reflecting his passion for advancing the nursing profession and addressing workforce needs.

Emily Ogden, BS

Emily Ogden is an award-winning animator and visual artist with a strong background in design, illustration, and storytelling. A graduate of Huntington University, she has led animation projects across advertising, branding, and multimedia design. Her work has been honored by the American Advertising Federation and the Forester Media Awards. At Cole Middleton Group, Emily provides custom animation and design services, bringing creativity, technical skill, and a collaborative spirit to every project.
